3300 Highway 569

Ideal L shaped piece of land located on the corner of 2 paved roads outside of Cisco in Nimrod, TX. A little under 5 acres of fenced in native pasture land to build on, put a manufactured home on, or just for fun. A nice gate and about half of the fencing has been newly installed. Owner was in the very first steps of building a small barndominium which can currently be used as a carport, made into a covered gathering place for family barbecues, or it would make a great place for camping. Someone might even want to continue the job and build their own barndominium. The concrete has not been poured but owner roughed in most of the plumbing. Westbound water meter available. Septic on property but condition is unknown.
