Sandra Minnick, a native of Stamford, Texas, established her roots in Abilene after graduating from high school in 1981. Her connection to the city deepened as she became an official resident of Abilene.

Having met her husband while he was stationed at Dyess AFB, Sandra experienced living in two other states, namely Louisiana and Virginia. These relocations provided her with valuable firsthand knowledge in the realm of moving and buying/selling homes. She gained expertise in VA financing during this time, allowing her to empathize with clients' challenges and work diligently to help them achieve their objectives.

Focusing on quality over quantity, Sandra takes the time to attentively listen to her clients' needs, making every effort to find a home they will truly adore. Her previous 20 years of experience in marketing and business development, including retail and commercial leasing, made transitioning into real estate a seamless fit.

Sandra's unwavering work ethic and devotion to family stem from her strong faith in God. She enthusiastically looks forward to getting to know you, your family, and your unique circumstances, aiming to make the process of buying or selling a home as effortless as possible.
