Stovall-Berkshire Hathaway being Kelly Renard’s broker, we came in with full trust when we first purchased our home. At that time, everyone involved really bent over backward to help us and get us into the home. Truly, without the generosity coming from Kelly, the broker, and the builder, we may not have closed. That left an impression on us and we knew how blessed we were. When it came time to consider selling, Kelly was the only one we called. Once again, our faith in Kelly meant we knew we could feel confident in Stovall-Berkshire Hathaway as well.
I can’t say it enough. We just love our experiences with Kelly. At the time of our sale, we also recommended her to three other families who also met with her and chose to have her represent them. We knew we could pass her name along and our friends wouldn’t wonder why. We were confident that she would do for them what she’s done for us in regards to efficiency, graciousness, and handling their entire experience with a knowledgeable approach.
Truly, Kelly has contributed to our time in Abilene in such an impressionable way. She isn’t just polite and professional and approachable. She had our best interest in mind and it showed. She made sure we knew how to make various decisions without talking down to us and even though we’d worked with her before, she made sure we understood things at every step, even when it was something we’d done before. She is so kind and so friendly and easily one of the most approachable and gracious people we’ve ever met.
Each time we found ourselves in the office every person we interacted with was so sweet and so kind. The notary we met with was efficient and didn’t take much of our time at all, yet obviously thorough in making sure things were done right.
We were also greeted by a reception with such sweetness and she was quick about getting the notary and notifying Kelly.
If we weren’t leaving Abilene, we would absolutely be using Stovall-Berkshire Hathaway so we could have Kelly represent us in another purchase. The bar has certainly been set high.
